Design inspiration
Market demand is changing rapidly, the types and styles of auto parts are increasing, and the headlight technology is constantly updated. The single-cup design is suitable for earlier models. Now, more and more customers are looking for headlights that are brighter than single-cup. In response to this, after designing the single-cup dual-beam BL150 matrix module, Biliten designed the dual-cup dual-beam matrix module: BL151, which is relatively rare on the market.

Product Appearance
Although the shape of BL151 is very similar to BL150, more efforts have been made in details. The designer added a reflective cup cover at the position of the low beam reflecetive cup of BL151. The purpose is to distinguish BL150 and BL151 products while strengthening the protection of the two reflective cups inside BL151.

Product Optical Design
BL151 adopts a dual-cup dual-beam optical design.
There are two reflective cups inside the matrix module. The bigger one reflects the low beam, and the smaller one reflects the high beam. In addition, the high and low beams use independent light sources, which are switched by the electromagnetic valve.

Product Parameters
The matrix module with double cup and double beam design will have higher parameters.

From the video, we can see that the low beam power of BL151 is about 44W; the high beam power is about 57W. It can be seen that the power of BL151 is sufficient, and even the high beam power is higher than some 3-inch lens headlights. As can be seen from the video, the cut line of BL151 is very smooth, with sufficient width and no light decay problem. The bright spot in the center of the high beam is thick, small and concentrated.

Road Lighting Effect
We conducted a static test at 9:30 pm. The visibility was extremely low. The venue was a wide car driving practice field. The road lighting effect of BL151 was very suitable for testing.

As can be seen from the video, the beam of BL151 is very long, which can illuminate objects dozens of meters away, and the range is sufficient. In terms of brightness, the lines and road signs on the ground are clearly visible, and there is no need to worry about light decay.
